At Yetiwarm, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a comprehensive return and refund process tailored to various situations. Please review our policy below for details on how to return or request a refund for your order.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@yetiwarm.store with your order number, details of the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the product back to us.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include your return authorization number in the package. Ship it to the return address provided.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.


3. Refund & Return Situations

a. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience and will make it right. Follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@yetiwarm.store with a description of the issue and photos of the defect or damage.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

b. Product Not Delivered

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@yetiwarm.store with your order number and details of the delivery issue.

  2. Investigation: We will work with the carrier to track your package and resolve the issue. This may take up to 10 business days.

  3. Refund or Resend: If the package cannot be located, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement shipment.

c. Change of Mind or Wrong Size

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return the item as long as it meets our general return conditions:

  1. Request a Return: Contact support@yetiwarm.store within 30 days of receiving the item to request a return.

  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this scenario.

  3. Refund: After receiving the returned item, we will process a refund (excluding shipping fees) within 7 business days.

d. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please act quickly:

  1. Cancel Before Shipment: Contact us at support@yetiwarm.store immediately after placing your order. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  2. Cancel After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, you can return the item following our regular return process. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case, and a refund will be processed once the item is returned.


4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund, which will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective or damaged)

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items
